iHeir-QF防霉抗菌膏为白色膏状液体，由多种天然光亮剂、水解丝肽营养保护剂、水性成膜剂，采用纳米抗菌材料和有机安全高效抗菌剂复配而成。属于非释放型的处理剂，不渗失、不游移，也不会被微生物所消耗，以特殊的机械式杀菌（表面进行涂抹），将赋予处理后之基质优越之耐久性，并且对微生物抗菌具有独特的防护功能，以防止微生物所引起的危害，延长皮面的使用寿命，并能强力去污、不伤皮面、防静电、快干、不留痕迹，且能使处理后饱满手感及增加产品价值感。作为耐久性抗微生物处理剂，它具有广泛的抗菌活性。对诸如霉菌、藻类和酵母菌都有耐久性抗菌效果。

可广泛的使用于各种生产方式中，如批次式及连续式都能尽可能不改变制程及生产设备的条件下进行加工。具有常温下进行化学键结的性质，常温反应即可有效（涂抹方式），高温仍不被破坏。适用于长纤、短纤纤维和织物、天然皮革及人造皮革表面处理。

iHeir-QF biochemistry ointment is white, including many kinds of nature leather brighter, hydrolyzes dipeptides leather nutrition protectant and watercraft film-forming agent, and it uses the nanometer anti-mildew material and organic safety effective anti-mildew product to make up. It belongs to un-losing, un-wobble, and un-release treatment chemicals,  which can’t be lost by the microbe. It kills the mildew in mechanism way(paining on the surface), in order to have endurance after finishing. It has the protective effect on the anti-mildew, in order to reduce the harm from the mildew and extend the life of leather. It also has other more advantages, for example, strong cleaning, un-hurt surface of leather, prevention of statical electricity, quick-drying, leaving no trace, increasing the sense of worth, etc. As this is an antimicrobial finishing agent, it has a wide antimicrobial activity, which is effective to anti-mildew.(including mildew, algae, and microzyme). It can be widely used in various process. It is suitable for surface finishing of  long fiber, short fiber, textile, nature leather, and imitation leather.

iHeir-QF防霉抗菌膏的安全性

为了验证iHeir-QF防霉抗菌膏的安全性，曾进行了18项试验，对天竺鼠急性经口毒性LD₅₀为12，27g/Kg，此值表示每公斤体重天竺鼠的半致死量为12.27克，为了比较起见，现举例加以说明。例如消毒上常用的烷基二甲基苯基氯化铵，其天竺鼠的LD₅₀=0.48g/Kg，用作保存食品的添加剂山梨酸的天竺鼠的LD₅₀是10.5g/Kg。我们每天食用的食盐的LD₅₀是3.0g/Kg。显而易见iHeir-QF防霉抗菌膏是极为安全的，对人体的毒性极低。

使用说明 instruction

iHeir-QF防霉生化膏可被直接混配入有机和无机配方中。它也可被用于有机和无机基质的处理，其适用的溶剂有水、乙醇、酮类、酯类、烃类和氯代烃类。其处理方法为用软皮、抹布或海绵沾少量iHeir-QF防霉抗菌膏擦拭皮革表面即可。并能除去水副产物甲醇。在使用之前，必须先进行生产规模的试验，以确定应用工艺条件，诸如时间和温度条件等。

Use soft leather, foam or dishcloth with a little iHeir-QF to clean the surface. Before use, test the process, in order to make sure the best effort of iHeir-QF in the best condition.

iHeir-QF防霉抗菌膏可提供用户如下的效益：iHeir-QF can solve the following problems

急性皮肤吸收

iHeir-QF防霉抗菌膏防霉抗菌剂的急性皮肤吸收毒性极低，经天竺鼠试验，为LD₅₀>7，950毫克/公斤体重，因此，在一般的工业操作条件下，只要小心并做好清洁，本品并不会导致皮肤吸收中毒，但建议还是在戴手套的情况下使用。

iHeir-QF is a little poisonous for the skin. By the test of cavy, it is LD₅₀>7，950mg/kgm, so in the normal process condition, cleaning carefully is ok, so that the iHeir-QF can’t lead to poisoning. But we suggest it is better to use gloves to use it.
